I propose a tax raise to 10% for monetary income, and 10% for resource income.
Rationale: In order to put the alliance bank in a better state, and to increase double our daily resource income for the alliances war chest. At 5% we have a very low tax rate, and even at 10% we still have a lower tax rate than most alliances in orbis.
